We produce smoking ovens for the required number of stations. Most often they order for 14 or 16 stations. The workplace is equipped with a cassette, where the fish are placed, the bar is inserted, the cassette is opened and the bar with the fish goes to the frame .. This solution allows you to speed up the process of stringing fish by 2-3 times.
