Two-tunnel smoking chamber

Two-tunnel smoking chamber for hot smoking of small fish (sprat, herring, capelin, etc.) And is part of the smoking installation.
The chamber consists of two symmetrical halves that work independently. Half of each zone: pre-drying, smoking and cooling. The containers with the product are moved cyclically through the sections.
