Automatic Skinner ST600V – Faguri

For high yield skinning and very fine and delicate work, the ST600V is sublime because of its easy regulatable and fixed basic setting on a smooth roller with cleaning roller system. Combining this with applying a minimum of pressure on the fillet, it prevents split tails and damages on the in-or outside of the fillets. The dual infeed lanes and included transport belts give the machine the ability to endure high speed and high capacity processing with a wide and easy regulatable variety.
