By transforming mid- and prime wings and smaller drums into tulips, the ST820 adds value to your product. The machine relies on a mechanical memory and takes the product through different stages. First, one end of the product will be cut and the meat gets compressed partially on the bone. In case of the mid wing, the smaller bone is pulled out and the meat is compressed more onto the bone. Product and cut-offs are collected separately on the integrated transport belts.
