Next to the advantages of the ST600V(10), the ST700V10 has some extra unique properties. Being ahead of its time, the ST700V10 is easy and fast to disassemble without the use of any tools. It simply opens up and the parts can be removed and placed on an optional trolley. This makes the machine easy accessible and very fast to clean. What is more, the machine can be easily set, by moving the handles at the side, for regular and deepskinning on any given point in production, which makes it very versatile and optimal for salmon processing.
