Semi-automatic basket unloader by row (120cpm)

The operator rolls the basket into the device, a hydraulic manipulator sets in motion an elevator (pantograph), which raises the platform with cans to the height of one layer. Then the operator presses the “Start” button and sets in motion a pneumatic rodless cylinder, the carriage of which shifts the layer of cans by one row onto the receiving conveyor. When a row of cans goes along the conveyor, another row is shifted, and so on until the layer is completely unloaded. The operator then removes the pad and starts a new cycle until the basket is completely emptied.
